savoury food, great service and great view of the mountain. big size room with comfortable bed and hypo-allergenic pillows. central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator - very useful. amicable, attentive staff with smiling face. a pleasant way to end my trip.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the waterfalls, the center, the bus station, and the valley. The staff were extremely friendly and the room had a magnificent view of the mountain.

There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a seating area in the rooms, which made them clean. Everything was brand-new and the staff was very-very nice😃

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, within walking distance to a refreshing waterfall, surrounded by grand mountains and accessible through a ski bus station. Rooms are beautifully designed offering stunning views and modern amenities. the staff is welcoming and attentive to detail. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast spread, with a variety that also caters for vegan and vegetarian options. Indoor facilities like a cozy seating area and small spa with splendid views provide a relaxing experience.

The hotel lacks an elevator which could be a problem for people with mobility issues.

We had an amazing Xmas vacation. the staff was superb, always with a smile on their faces, making us feel welcomed. the breakfast offered a great variety of organic, fresh, and locally sourced food. the location was perfect, near some natural waterfalls, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

We encountered some difficulties with parking on our first day, but it wasn't a big issue for us. the bathroom was nice, but I think a shower with a proper door would have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and within walking distance to the picturesque waterfalls. The transportation is excellent with a bus stop nearby for direct access to the ski trail. the hotel provides ample parking space. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and the room is spacious and pristine, offering a nice view. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local activities. We appreciated the clean, stylish rooms with modern furnishings and stunning views from all windows. The bio local produce breakfast and community kitchen concept were fantastic advantages that we enjoyed.

Although the hotel was excellently located uphill and at walking distance to the waterfalls, the town was a bit difficult to maneuver for people without a car. We missed transfer options from and to the hotel.
